Refund Policy
Please contact us first if you are not satisfied with your purchase and we will do our best to make things right for our customers. Your satisfaction is our top priority. By placing your order, you agree to our Terms of Service and acknowledge our shipping, return, and refund policies.
Refunds & Reprints
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to submit a request for a refund or reprint. We will reprint any order where there is a print quality or adherence issue, but not if the issue is caused by a poor quality file provided by the customer. If you would like a refund or reprint for another reason, the request must be approved by management first.
Design File Responsibility
For orders including:
DTF Transfers
UV DTF PermaStickers
Please ensure you have followed the design requirements and file preparation guidelines correctly before submitting your order.
Hyper Transfers is not responsible for errors caused by improperly prepared files, including but not limited to low resolution artwork, incorrect sizing, or transparent/background issues.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all details within your shipping address are correct before placing your order. An order confirmation email will be sent after purchase to confirm all order details. Hyper Transfers is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
